THE COSMIC BREATH: TUSCANY AIR in ARTISTIC and ENOGASTRONOMIC EXCELLENCES

The Festival will combine music with other international excellences, from artistic to food and wine. With Dr. Antonella Lombardi, historian and manager of the art world, we will retrace the Florentine and Italian stages of the Urbino painter Raffaello Sanzio, on the 500th anniversary of his death. From The Lives of Giorgio Vasari, Raphael, Perugino's pupil ventured into the portrait of Guidobaldo da Montefeltro, captain of the Fiorentini, as well as that of the Madonna del Granduca, now in Palazzo Pitti. Urbino, Florence, Italy and the world, united in the artistic pills that Dr. Lombardi will share daily on our social networks, in order to make us appreciate the uniqueness of our cultural heritage, from The Marriage of the Virgin, passing through the Madonna Sistina, La Fornarina, his love-hate relationship with Michelangelo Buonarroti, up to La scuola di Atene.
From the pictorial to the food and wine with Leonardo Romanelli, well-known Slow Food and Slow Wine pen, journalist, chef and sommelier protagonist of Rai UNO and Rai TRE tv, right arm of Iginio Massari at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Brescia; the journalist, creator and organizer of Florence Cocktail Week Paola Mencarelli who will lead us through the world of blending and their combinations, built on the foundations of 'responsible drinking' and 'quality drinking'; Dario Cecchini, the 'flab showman' spokesman for the Florentine steak in the world; Rai UNO's cook Luisanna Messeri. Who will cook and present his creations.
Each day of the Festival will be accompanied by wine tastings, and related combinations with food, which join the Music, starting from the recipe of Baron Bettino Ricasoli for the Chianti Classico, the terroir heart of Tuscany up to the Chianina Steak.
A total sensory experience that will envelop the five senses every day of the Italian Brass Week.
Complex artistic emotions that arise from Italian, European and international musical, artistic, food and wine excellence. The sensory experience becomes the unison of our Festival. Following the Japanese language, the word listen has the same meaning as to taste, so we can 'listen to a perfume' and 'see a taste'.
We must not forget that painting and food and wine come together in the 'Cosmic Breath'. For painting, air is light; for wine it is the foundation of all its aromas, from refinement to settling. For all the Arts, therefore, it is Soul, the key to Beauty.
