Luisanna Messeri

Luisanna Messeri will be the curator of the cooking shows that you can see every day on our social networks from 12.45 to 13.30.
Luisanna tells herself «I was born in Florence and I spent my childhood and youth browsing the beauties and savoring the delicacies of the city, alternating periods between the vineyards of the Valdarno, the Chianti and those between the severe lands of the Casentino, real mines of authentic flavors. Fascinated and intrigued by the simple and delicious food that grandmothers and old aunts put on the table every day, I stole from their culinary knowledge the tricks and secrets of home cooking, that of the garden and the farmyard, of which she has made a real manifesto, promoting it in television programs, books and various initiatives. I consider myself a cheerful, cheerful, genuine woman, like the things I cook, those of tradition, always trying to enhance the flavors and gastronomic richness of Tuscany, a region still with a clear quality agricultural vocation. I am a cook out of passion, I have always dedicated myself to cooking: a vocation aimed both at stoves and at conviviality. It all started simply because I have always been greedy! I studied Literature at the University of Florence and acted in various films and commercials, (directed by the director friends Mazzacurati, Luchetti and Moretti), and I have two children: Cosimo and Maddalena. Family and friends are the first to be relentlessly recruited to taste my dishes. I divide myself between Rome and my Tuscan farm, where for about ten years, as a direct farmer, I have been trying to run the family business. I love to say that great cuisine is neither rich nor poor but good, that simplicity is not a starting point but a point of arrival, and that man is what he buys, cooks and then eats ... Mine it is a soft, sentimental cuisine, and the recovery and dissemination of our home cooking, that of common sense, good taste and enjoyment, is my mission. For TV I am the author of Capriccio Italiano, a light-hearted and never nostalgic journey in the kitchens of restaurants and homes of Italians abroad, in the USA and Canada, commented with intelligence and irony and with the participation of exceptional emigrants, and Bischeri and Bischerate. I am currently a permanent presence in the RAI 1 broadcast The test of the cook, cooking teacher. » Luisanna on television The Luisanna Chef Club proudly displays the portrait of Pellegrino Artusi. A highly successful food comedy that made it known to the general public and which recorded over 500 episodes and from which three cookbooks were born. ADVERTISING Italian Capriccio In 2010 he recorded Capriccio Italiano, a light-hearted journey into the kitchens of restaurants and homes of Italians abroad, in the USA and Canada, commented with intelligence and irony and with the participation of exceptional emigrants. Bischeri and Bischerate Luisanna Messeri with Beppe Bigazzi Bischeri and Bischerate on AliceTv is a real body to body between Tuscan DOC. In this program, Luisanna cooks her dishes with the supervision of the very rigorous Beppe Bigazzi guru of quality food. While on the one hand Bigazzi tells the story and characteristics of quality food Luisanna teaches us many exquisite and original recipes. The proof of the chef Antonella Clerici with Luisanna Messeri ADVERTISING From 2012 until 2018 Luisanna was a regular guest at La Prova del Cuoco on RAI 1 where she proposed traditional dishes, but revisited with her fresh simplicity. Together with Antonella Clerici, equipped with an apron, in addition to many recipes, she has created comic gags born spontaneously from some clumsy "accident", thus making the kitchen a fun, relaxing and entertaining place.
