In a period in which the interest in international cuisine seems to be widespread, Trattoria Da Burde is a decidedly counter-current restaurant, which challenges the estrophiliadilagante with a completely regional proposal. The dishes on the menu are Tuscan and the owners of the restaurant are Tuscan, the brothers Gori, Andrea and Paolo, who proudly guide the historic family restaurant between the dining room and the kitchen, born in 1901. Cold cuts and cheeses of small local producers, fresh pasta , tempting proposals of the day and the inevitable Florentine, which is also accompanied by lesser known proposals, old dishes of the popular Tuscan tradition, made by Paolo with the recipes handed down by grandmother Irene. The cellar, on the other hand, is curated by Andrea Gori, has over 500 respectable labels, including wines and champagne. Genuine and Florentine are the best adjectives to describe the spirit of the place. And for those who at the time of going had already longed for the tastes of goodness, the gastronomy attached to the restaurant will find something to console themselves!
