Andrea Trova, Steinway Artist, was born in San Giovanni Valdarno (AR).
Andrea Trova piano He graduated in Piano in 1994 at the “L. Cherubini "of Florence with full marks, praise and honorable mention, under the guidance of Lucia Passaglia.
In 2000 he graduated in Organ and Organ Composition, again in Florence with full marks, under the guidance of Mariella Mochi.
In 2001 he graduated in Piano, with full marks and honors, at the Three-year Postgraduate Course of the National Academy of Santa Cecilia in Rome, in the class of Sergio Perticaroli.
He obtained in 2007 the Second Level Academic Diploma in Musical Disciplines (Solo Piano course), in the class of Giuseppe Fricelli, at the “L. Cherubini ”of Florence.
He specialized in Harpsichord under the guidance of Prof. Annaberta Conti and in Orchestral Conducting under the guidance of Maestro Alessandro Pinzauti, also at the "L. Cherubini ”of Florence.
He is the winner of numerous awards in prestigious national and international competitions, including the First Absolute Prizes at the T.I.M. (International Music Tournament) of Rome (Organ Category, Ed. 2000 - Cat. Piano, Ed. 1996), at the National Competition "City of Albenga", at the International Competition "G. Benassi ”in Pavia, at the“ Debussy Award ”of the Stresa International Competitions, at the“ Clementi-Kawai ”in Florence, etc.
